We kindly inform you that when contacting us by e-mail (with your name, surname, e-mail address and phone number) you express the consent to have your personal data processed for the purposes of answering questions or addressing requests concerning the Pasaż Łódzki shopping centre.

The administrator of personal data is Stage Łódź sp. z o.o with registered office in Warsaw (kod pocztowy 03-802), przy ul. Skaryszewska 7 (zwana dalej Spółką). Personal data as stated in the correspondence will be processed for the purposes of responding to requests, in accordance with article 6 [1] of the European Parliament and the Council of EU Act 2016/679 on 27th April, 2016 on protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such, as well as suspending directive 95/46/WE (RODO). Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, as well as entities supporting the Company, in accordance with a rule of subcontracting services and concluded entrustment agreements, as well as available to entities stated in consent clause. Personal data processed for the above purpose will be stored until withdrawal or until the period of limitation under the concluded contract has expired.

Everyone has the right to access his personal data and to change or demand to delete or restrict it. Everyone is entitled to raise objections against the processing of his personal data, and has a right to data portability, as well as a right to withdrawal (e.g. in the same manner as the consent has been expressed) in any given moment, with no impact on lawfulness of data processing before the withdrawal. Everyone is entitled to lodge a complaint with the President of Personal Data Protection Office, in case when processing of his personal data infringes the regulations of RODO. Disclosing of personal data is voluntary.
